The hotel Residence has 41 rooms divided in single, double single use, double and triple. Each room offers facilities, cleanliness and comfort standards at low cost rates.

All rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with TV, safe, minibar (empty), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, private bathroom with tub or shower. In the overnight is included, offered by the management, pastries and hot drinks for breakfast.

Cancellation policy: 24 hours prior to arrival (no show first night).
